Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in the analysis and design of innovative business processes. Your typical day will involve monitoring process performance and providing constructive feedback. You will collaborate closely with business users to identify and articulate detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that the processes align with organizational goals. Additionally, you will facilitate process redesign initiatives, acting as a vital liaison to the business community while offering guidance on all aspects of change management. Your role will be pivotal in driving efficiency and effectiveness within the organization, contributing to the overall success of business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes. - Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine process designs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and redesign methodologies. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
