Business Process Associate
to join our team and support our core business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and streamline daily business processes across sales, operations, and client servicing.
Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
Handle documentation, agreements, and compliance-related tasks for real estate transactions.
Track sales progress, maintain MIS reports, and analyze data for decision-making.
Support senior management in implementing business strategies and operational improvements.
Ensure quality checks and process adherence in all client dealings.
Work closely with clients, providing updates and resolving queries with professionalism.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-4 years of experience in operations, business process, or real estate sector.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of real estate processes and compliance will be an added advantage.
