Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our BPO process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience working in BPO industry/ BPO non voice process/ Customer care executive/ Customer support/ International non voice process/ Non voice process/ BPO customer service/ BPO operations

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)

3. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

4. Flexibility to work in night shifts.
