Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to fulfill both process and functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating closely with the Application Architect to develop comprehensive process blueprints, establishing business process requirements that will inform application requirements and metrics. You will also participate in quality management reviews, ensuring that all business and design requirements are thoroughly met. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in educating stakeholders, ensuring they have a complete understanding of the designs and their implications for the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CPI for Data Services. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CPI for Data Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
