Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to align with functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing existing processes, and ensuring that the designs meet the established criteria. You will work closely with the Application Architect to develop a comprehensive process blueprint, facilitating a clear understanding of the requirements and metrics necessary for successful application development. Additionally, you will participate in quality management reviews to ensure that all business and design requirements are thoroughly addressed, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and stakeholder education. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development + HTML5 - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). - Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices. - Experience with front-end development frameworks and libraries. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
