Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to align with functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including the Application Architect, to develop comprehensive process blueprints. You will also participate in quality management reviews, ensuring that all business and design requirements are thoroughly addressed. Educating stakeholders about the designs will be a crucial part of your role, fostering a complete understanding of the processes being implemented. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CPI for Data Services. - Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques. - Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies. - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to enhance business processes. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CPI for Data Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
