Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to fulfill both process and functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating closely with the Application Architect to develop comprehensive process blueprints, ensuring that all business and design requirements are met while facilitating quality management reviews. You will also play a crucial role in educating stakeholders, ensuring they have a complete understanding of the designs and their implications for the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite + Groovy + XSLT - Strong understanding of business process modeling and design methodologies. - Experience with process improvement techniques and tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform business decisions. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
