Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to align with functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing existing processes, and ensuring that the designs meet the established criteria for quality and performance. You will also facilitate discussions to educate stakeholders about the designs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the processes being implemented. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CPI for Data Services. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CPI for Data Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
