Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to fulfill both process and functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating closely with the Application Architect to develop a comprehensive process blueprint, ensuring that business process requirements effectively translate into application requirements and metrics. You will also participate in quality management reviews, ensuring that all business and design requirements are thoroughly met while educating stakeholders to foster a complete understanding of the designs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate designs with stakeholders. - Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA + Odata + RAP - Strong understanding of business process modeling and design methodologies. - Experience with performance metrics and key performance indicators development. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
