Summary: Own day-to-day Petro-Tech AMS delivery for assigned capability areas (Wells, GGRE, HSE and operations and productions), driving stability, service improvement, regional alignment, and value realization across client's onshore and offshore (India) model. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Service Ownership: Manage L1/L2/L3 queues for Petro-Tech apps (e.g., Petrel, OpenWorks, Eclipse, WellView, SCADA/PI custom tools) ensure SLA compliance, backlog hygiene, trend/risk reporting. 2. Regional Operating Model: Coordinate with asset/regional leads in US/EMEA for 8x5 local coverage; orchestrate follow-the-sun with offshore for P1/P2. 3. Transition & KT: Plan/execute wave-based KT by capability (P&O, Wells, GGRE, HSE); validate readiness via runbooks, OLAs,SLAs, and tooling access. 4. AIOps & Automation: Prioritize EventOps/self-healing use cases, guided resolution (L1.5), and ticket eradication patterns; track adoption/benefits. 5. Change/Release Governance: Chair CAB inputs for Petro-Tech releases, vendor patch windows (SLB, AVEVA, Landmark), and freeze schedules. 6. Rationalization: Drive R-4 decisions (retire/retain/refactor/migrate) and license optimizations; publish quarterly rationalization outcomes. 7. Risk & Security: Enforce IT-OT governance, access segmentation, PI/SCADA connector hardening, and audit readiness. Stakeholder Management: Align tower KPIs/XLAs with Client business priorities; lead weekly ops reviews and QBRs. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. 10-14 years in AMS with upstream Petro-Tech exposure; proven leadership of multi-region support programs. 2. Hands-on familiarity with PI/SCADA, Petrel/OpenWorks/Eclipse, WellView/Quorum, plus custom app estates; strong ITIL. 3. Experience with AIOps/observability rollouts (EventOps, RCA) and automation pipelines in AMS. 4. Comfortable leading transition (KT waves, runbooks, OLAs/SLAs) and vendor coordination. 5. Good to have ITIL v4; OT security exposure; cloud landing-zone guardrails; SLB Ocean/PI Admin basics, include experience in Database,SQL, Power automate, certifications for PL-900, PL-500, AZ-900, DP-900,DP-700, AWS: CLF-C02, SAA-C03 . Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oil and Gas Upstream. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
