Summary: Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation. As a Business Process Architect, your typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to create comprehensive documentation that serves as a roadmap for implementing new processes and technologies. Engaging with the business, you will define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that they align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, you will participate in user and task analysis, effectively representing the business's needs to facilitate successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across projects. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. -Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Advanced Manufacturing. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable documentation. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
