Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the analysis and design of innovative business processes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to create comprehensive documentation that directs the implementation of new processes and technologies. You will work closely with the business to define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that they align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, you will participate in user and task analysis, effectively representing the business's needs to facilitate successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. - Strategic Leadership: Co-design and drive strategic initiatives bringing us closer to business objectives. This includes cloud adoption and automation efforts supported by modern and scalable solutions. - Team Leadership: Serve as a technology leader and role model, dedicating a significant portion of your time to developing individuals within your area and building a high-performing customer-oriented team. - Partnership: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for Corporate IT & Cloud Infrastructure initiatives. Collaborate with internal IT leaders and cross-functional teams to spearhead transformation efforts, facilitate cloud adoption, implement automation, optimize costs, and enhance service offerings. - Operational excellence: Foster innovation, resilience, and efficiency of our systems. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance structure. - Built & Run Management: Oversee, develop, optimize and implement our infrastructure build processes in cloud and remaining on-prem environment. Manage run operations [monitoring, maintenance, timely patching and troubleshooting], proactively improve stability and security. Optimize infrastructure for cost-effectiveness and performance. - Project Management: Ensure efficient project executions and collaboration with stakeholders, effectively managing budget, resources and timeline. - Change Leader: Foster a culture of change, acting as an evangelist for cloud-based operations and promoting a growth-oriented mindset across the organization. Stay on top of emerging technologies and industry best practices. Identify and implement strategies for improving system performance, resilience, and scalability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Windows Scripting. - Strong understanding of cloud service models including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments. Proven track record of leadership, managing infrastructure team in a fast-paced environment. - A strategic mindset with a focus on long-term business growth and innovation. - Strong understanding of cloud-related technologies and approaches. - Experience in managing complex projects and initiatives, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results. - Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire individuals across all levels. - High commitment to delivery; adaptability & flexibility; strong sense of self-responsibility & ownership. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
