Transformation Business Process Analyst



Role Profile



Location: Bangalore, India





Purpose of the role



We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to support the delivery of a strategic transformation programme. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to help gather requirements, document current and future state processes, support impact assessments, and help enable a smooth transition to a new and improved operating model. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, extensive experience working in a project environment, and proven ability to succeed in a global matrix organisation.

Please note that this is a Fixed-term Contract for 18-months, with the possibility of it becoming a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:



Requirements Gathering & Data Analysis

Engage with group and functional stakeholders to understand current operational pain points and requirements. Document detailed business requirements, acting as the conduit between our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Project Leads. Support SMEs in the collection and analysis of data from various sources, as required throughout the design stage. Perform data-driven analysis to support decision-making. Whilst possessing the ability to gather and manipulate large data sets. Utilise data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create clear, compelling visuals that tell the story of the data. Support in the delivery of insightful presentations to communicate findings to various teams (internally and externally), effectively translating technical information for diverse audiences.


Process Mapping & Design

Support the mapping of 'as-is' processes across functions within the decentralised business units. Collaborate with the Project Leads and Process Owners to co-create 'to-be' processes aligned to standardisation, efficiency, and control objectives. Identify process gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for simplification or automation.


Data & Systems Alignment

Support data migration planning, validation, and cleansing activities as relevant to all transformation projects. Liaise with IT teams to ensure system integration and alignment with the new operating model. Help define reporting and dashboard requirements for the future state.


Stakeholder Management

Maintain effective working relationships with all Business units and Stakeholders. Provide regular updates to the Programme Manager and Change Lead on progress, risks, and issues relating to data and process. Act as a bridge between different teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.




Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, statistics, data science, or a related field (Master's degree a plus). 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in creating process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualisation tools. Exceptional ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
