Job Description

The team provides solutions to the Oracle strategic partner base while serving as advocates for their needs. This involves resolving inquiries via partner help tickets, phone and electronic means. As primary points of contact for partner administrators, you and your team are responsible for facilitating partner relationships and aiding internal Oracle employees on diverse partner situations and escalated issues.


As the leader of the team, you will translate departmental goals into performance objectives for each team member and measure departmental and individual performance. You will be expected to be committed to the delivery of outstanding support and service to partners. You will interview and make hiring decisions as needed, conduct performance reviews, and provide career development coaching. You will frequently be interacting with senior leadership and will embrace approved Oracle AI tools and encourage your team to do the same for innovation and improved partner experiences.


The ideal candidate will have excellent executive presence, verbal and written communication skills as well as expert knowledge of Oracle partner policies, programs, processes, products and systems. The ability to relate to partners and understand their needs is a must. Experience working with Global System Integrators. The successful candidate will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences are highly desired.


Seven plus years partner support experience working with strategic partners. Three plus years of management experience. BS degree in computer science, business administration or related field.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Perform as the business lead, liaising with, leading and motivating global, virtual and cross-functional teams to drive enhancements to the overall partner experience Participate in rollout of program elements, ensuring clarity and consistency for partners as well as internal audiences Define, document, deliver, manage and continuously improve the desired partner experience, aligning all partner teams around the same step-by-step process flows and ensuring end-to-end journeys are realized and optimized, either manually or through automation Deliver knowledge articles, guidebooks and transfer of information with clear articulation on processes to both internal and partner audiences Participate in system delivery by testing and determining alignment to business requirements, providing business approval to go live Work with manual processing teams to ensure they are fully effective in their ability to deliver on defined processes, providing awareness, transfer of information, problem solving assistance and workarounds Continually analyze the business, identifying trends, issues and areas of ongoing improvement, contributing as a leader and as a team member, gathering input from and providing direction to others
