What will you contribute

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Business Performance & Insight Specialist
to support and enable the services side of our organization. This role will play a key part in workforce management, project management systems, and business performance reporting. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Finance, Central IT, and PMO to ensure data integrity, optimize systems, and deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Workforce Management
:
+ Support resource planning, utilization tracking, and capacity analysis across service teams.
+ Monitor staffing levels and forecast future needs based on project pipeline and delivery schedules
System Management & Optimization
:
+ Administer and support the use of project management tools such as
Kantata
along with systems such as
SFDC
.
+ Support the Services PMO with project set-up, managing regular reporting needs, and process improvements.
+ Work with Central IT team on deploying/testing/managing system changes needed
+ Prepare documentation and training for use of systems and processes for the Professional Services team
Performance Reporting & Insights
:
+ Develop, validate, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Professional Services teams.
+ Analyze trends and provide insights to support key decision-making within the function.
+ Publish regular reports to support various stakeholders and business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
:
+ Partner with internal teams to support revenue forecasting, budgeting, cost tracking, operational metrics
+ Liaise with Central IT to ensure data integration and system reliability.
Data Quality & Governance
:
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in reports and system outputs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business performance, workforce planning, or project systems support.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Excel, powerpoint; and Power BI tools
Experience with tools such as
Kantata
,
SFDC
,
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data validation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting professional services or consulting environments.
Familiarity with PMO processes and project lifecycle management.
Understanding of financial principles related to projects
Experience with resource planning and workforce management.
