Roles & Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring:

Track and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the

plant operations

and

market sales

. Identify deviations from targets and prepare performance dashboards and reports.

Expense & Cost Analysis:

Analyze

plant expenses, logistics costs, marketing expenses, and overheads

. Compare actual vs. budgeted costs and highlight cost-saving opportunities.

Data Compilation & Reporting:

Collect, verify, and analyze data from production, finance, and sales departments. Prepare

MIS reports

, business performance summaries, and presentation materials for management review.

Process Improvement:

Identify process inefficiencies in production or sales operations. Recommend improvements to increase productivity and profitability.

Forecasting & Budget Support:

Support preparation of

annual budgets, forecasts, and performance targets

. Work with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals.

Market Analysis:

Monitor

market trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies

. Provide actionable insights to management for better decision-making.

Audit & Compliance Support:

Ensure accuracy in data reporting and adherence to internal control procedures. Assist during internal/external audits related to cost and performance data.

Coordination:

Liaise with production, finance, procurement, and marketing teams to gather required data. Support management in business review meetings with insights and reports.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
