Business Partner - Human Resources
Your main responsibilities
The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business with a focus on improving employee productivity and engagement.
Developing the overall HR agenda and driving it to success
Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
Managing staff wellness initiatives.
Improving relations between staff and employers.
Overseeing recruitment efforts.
Engaging with heads of department.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training/induction programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
Identifying new opportunities where HR can add value to the business
Provides guidance and input on BU restructures, Work Force Planning and Succession Planning
Conducting Training Programs Effectively
Close Monitoring and Drive of HR Parameters- Confirmation. On-Boarding. Assimilation
Driving Employee Engagement Activities independently
Maintaining various reports and excel to monitor and streamline activities
Driving and monitoring of PMS Cycle
What you bring

  • Qualification- MBA- HR- Mandatory
  • Profile Requirement- Should be able to work independently and exhibit high degree of ownership of the assigned task and meet deadlines under a high-performance culture.
Learn and perform at the same time. Must have strong experience in recruitment with corporate sectors- at lateral level.
Experience with good academic background and company will be preferred the most
