Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leadership and management to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen:

Ability to understand complex business models, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Capacity to translate business strategy into functional priorities and actionable plans. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

Relationship Building & Influence:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation). Proven ability to build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Skilled in influencing without direct authority, negotiating, and resolving conflicts constructively.

Problem Solving & Decision Making:

Proactive and resourceful approach to identifying challenges and developing effective solutions. Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions under pressure. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Change Management:

Experience leading and supporting organizational change initiatives. Ability to effectively communicate the "why" behind changes and gain buy-in.
