Job Overview
We are looking for a
Business Partner Executive
to manage onboarding, coordination, and support of financial distributors (Growth Partners).
This is
not a field sales role
and does
not involve giving investment advice
. The role focuses on communication, coordination, follow-ups, and tracking through structured processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Responsibilities
Identify and contact mutual fund distributors and financial advisors
Explain the Growth Partner model clearly using company-provided documents
Schedule online/offline meetings for partner onboarding
Share official pitch documents, FAQs, and security notes
Maintain and update lead and partner data in Excel
Coordinate between Growth Partners and internal teams
Weekly Responsibilities
Track Growth Partner onboarding progress
Follow up on pending or inactive partners
Monitor investor introductions and status updates
Prepare simple weekly performance and activity reports
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Telugu and English preferred)
Basic understanding of finance or investment concepts (training will be provided)
Comfortable using Excel, WhatsApp, and email
Professional phone communication skills
Organized, reliable, and process-oriented
Qualifications
Any graduate (Finance, Commerce, or Management preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Experience in banking, insurance, finance coordination, or relationship management is an advantage
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary:
?12,000 - ?25,000 per month
