Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in business optimization, process improvement, or a similar field Proficiency in automation tools, AI-driven solutions, and data analysis to provide actionable insights Expertise in content management systems for creating, editing, and publishing content Ability to independently plan and implement small-scale change initiatives Familiarity with knowledge-sharing platforms and project management methodologies Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for technology and innovation

Responsibilities

Recommend and implement tools and technologies to boost productivity, collaboration, and knowledge sharing Conduct audits to identify knowledge gaps and update materials for proactive sharing Streamline knowledge management processes using appropriate tools and systems Identify and implement automation and optimization solutions for business processes Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and develop efficient workflow strategies Configure and integrate automation tools seamlessly into existing systems Maintain an accurate and accessible centralized knowledge base for all team members Oversee performance and expense management systems to meet organizational goals Plan and execute tool integration and migration projects with key stakeholders Develop and enforce standardized guidelines for effective process documentation
