:

Individual responsibilities

  • Direct responsibility for Month close activities, FA projects and FA transactions, need to have an in depth understanding on the FA process, (Depreciation/Accumulated Depreciation/ WIP & FAR)
  • Support Global fixed assets process as when deemed necessary.
  • Support ad hoc requests from the Business and in line with their expectations.
  • Play a key role in development of DOP and look for building efficiencies in the process.
Team Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in building the team thorough understanding of the book of work and role descriptions.
  • Oversee performance of the Poland team to ensure delivery of high quality work product on a sustained basis.
  • Challenge status quo and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Effective stakeholder management through understanding expectations of various US leads and ensuring that the sub teams are meeting and exceeding expectations.
  • Create strong backup structure for all deliverables.
Skills / Competencies Needed/Education Qualifications:
  • Bcom/MBA (Finance) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience with specialized experience in FA operations and recons.
  • Strong team/ people management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and partnering skills
