About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in streamlining and improving daily business processes to enhance operational efficiency
2. Supporting the operations team in coordinating projects tracking progress and managing timelines
3. Helping with data entry report generation and data analysis to support decision-making
4. Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes including preparation of documentation and coordination of training schedules
5. Assisting in organizing team events meetings and employee engagement activities
6. Handling general HR administrative tasks as needed such as updating policies maintaining HR databases and processing forms

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
6. High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
7. Candidate needs to have a laptop and a good internet connection
8. Candidates who can dedicate 5-6 hours daily to work
