Position Summary Arcesium is seeking a highly experienced Business Operations Senior Analyst / Lead to join our Operations Strategy team (part of COO group) and play a pivotal role in building and optimizing our in-house operations. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an individual to have a direct impact on the firm\'s strategic growth plans by shaping and influencing the development of various functions, their operational set-up, and outcomes. The successful candidate will also contribute to the cultivation of in-house resources and capabilities. As a trusted partner within the team, you will deliver business, operations, and technology solutions to position the firm for the future. Initially, your focus will be on operations strategy and execution, data analysis and intelligence gathering, process efficiency and automation, and delivering valuable insights to executive leadership based on your expertise and analysis. We are experiencing rapid growth and require someone who possesses a proactive attitude, embraces challenges, and can drive significant transformative change. Responsibilities - Serve as a strategic partner and internal consultant, leveraging structured analytical thinking and perspective to assist business leaders across the organization in solving various operational challenges and driving significant impact to the organization. - Drive current and new business operational transformation initiatives by providing thought leadership in analyzing and evaluating existing and new processes. Propose improvement strategies to optimize operational efficiencies and excellence. Collaborate closely with respective business teams to manage and execute projects, including creating business proposals and roadmaps for leadership buy-in, evaluating technical solutions, and managing senior stakeholders. - Present solutions and recommendations to executive leadership, influencing decision-making to achieve the firm\'s operational and business objectives. Conduct financial modeling and analysis to explore strategic options and develop creative solutions and roadmaps to address complex issues. - Develop operational analytics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and intelligence. Design and deliver regular dashboards and reports. Utilize the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) goal-setting framework to support short- and long-term operational goals. - Collaboration and teamwork are crucial in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as finance, sales, technology, senior stakeholders, and leadership, to drive operational improvements and implement solutions. Qualifications - 3+ years of relevant experience in business operations, consulting, or other complex problem-solving roles. A bachelor\'s degree is required, and an MBA is a plus. - Experience working in project-based, team-oriented environments. Previous experience in a high-growth technology company is advantageous. - Strong analytical, critical thinking, project management, and execution skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. The expected annual base salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, cash and deferred sign-on bonuses, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching. The applicable annual base salary or hourly rate paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background. #LI-CM1 #LI-Hybrid
