This role requires a results-driven leader with strong experience in managing and mentoring teams, ensuring efficient recruitment processes, and improving sales productivity. You will be responsible for coordinating between departments, driving operational improvements, and implementing strategies that enhance overall business performance.Team Management & Mentorship: - Lead and mentor recruitment and sales teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. - Provide guidance on recruitment strategies, sales processes, and individual career growth. Recruitment Oversight: - Oversee the recruitment process, from talent acquisition to placement, ensuring the team meets client requirements and adheres to quality standards. Sales Coordination: - Collaborate with the sales team to align recruitment efforts with sales goals. - Ensure that the staffing operations support sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. - Analyse sales and recruitment data to optimize processes. Client & Stakeholder Communication: - Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. - Ensure clear communication of client needs, expectations, and deadlines. - Help resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.Talent Development: - Help in identifying and nurturing talent within the team. - Create a learning and development plan to enhance team members' skills and help them grow in their roles.Compliance & Best Practices: - Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. - Stay updated on staffing industry trends and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or operations management. - Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams, with a focus on development, performance, and morale.- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
