Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Business Operations Manager

to oversee day-to-day real estate operations while also handling key administrative responsibilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can streamline processes, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure operational excellence in property management, sales, rentals, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:



Real Estate Operations



Oversee end-to-end property management operations, including tenant onboarding, inspections, move-ins/move-outs, and maintenance coordination. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies related to property transactions. Coordinate with sales, rental, and customer service teams to enhance client experience. Optimize workflows to improve efficiency in property listings, documentation, and client communication. Track and analyze business performance metrics, providing insights for decision-making.

Business & Strategy



Assist management in implementing business strategies, growth plans, and performance tracking. Identify opportunities for process automation, cost reduction, and improved client satisfaction. Support in vendor and partner negotiations to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Administrative Responsibilities



Oversee office administration, including facility management, supplies, and vendor coordination. Manage scheduling, documentation, and reports for the leadership team. Supervise support staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle internal communications, meeting follow-ups, and task tracking.

What You'll Need



A bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2-4 years of experience in a similar operations or real estate role. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and think two steps ahead. Comfort in handling confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and property management software (preferred).
