Operational Manager

to join our team and help us scale our impact.

We're looking for a motivated and organized Operational Head to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our academy. This role is perfect for a professional with at least two years of experience, particularly within the

edtech sector

, who understands the unique challenges and opportunities of a digital learning environment. You'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently, from student support to course delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management:

Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and student satisfaction. This includes managing student onboarding, course enrollment, and support systems.

Team Leadership:

Oversee a small team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Student Support:

Supervise and enhance our student support channels (email, chat, etc.) to ensure timely and effective resolution of student inquiries and issues.

Data Analysis:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement. Use data to make informed decisions and present findings to senior management.

Vendor & Partner Management:

Coordinate with external partners, such as payment gateways, content creators, and technology providers, to ensure seamless integration and service delivery.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure the quality of our course delivery and platform experience is consistently high. Address any technical or content-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

? A Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

? A minimum of

2 years of experience

in an operational role, with a strong preference for experience in an

edtech platform

.

? Proven ability to manage and optimize operational processes.

? Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing a small team.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

? A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

? Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Zendesk, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
