Female Business Operations Manager
to support daily operations, customer communication, execution of tasks, and coordination with leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who is

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries professionally (WhatsApp, Email, CRM)
Manage daily operational and order-related tasks
Follow defined SOPs and complete tasks within timelines
Assist in creating and managing chat flows and response systems
Coordinate with leadership on task execution and new initiatives
Maintain data confidentiality, accuracy, and honesty
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, or online tools
Familiarity with design or technical tools is a plus
Good written communication and coordination skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt
(Training will be provided. Learning attitude matters more than experience.)
