Profile Name: Business Operations : Internship

Duration : 3-6 month

The Challenge

STAGE OTT platform had acquired 120k+ subscribers in Haryanvi and Rajasthani dialect.

We are growing at the fast scale. This has led our managers to do a lot of manual tasks/process, which can easily be delegated. By doing this, managers would have more bandwidth for thinking and leading their team effectively.

An ideal candidate for this role would make the respective manager more effective by taking care of some day to day operations and tasks. You will be required to think proactively and provide suggestions for improvements.

You will be allotted a manager in teams of product, content, marketing, technology and creatives based on your experience

Roles and Responsibilities

Help the managers by showing a bird eye view of their department

Ensure the smooth function of the department of the manager

Keep the managers updated with relevant metrics and status

Carryout market research, Data analytics, user research as per the requirements

Write meeting MoMs

Help managers with project deliverables

Expectations

Growth and ownership mindset

Good problem-solving skill

Amazing written and verbal communication skills

Data Analytics skill would be a huge plus

Excellent at academics / sports / drama

STAGE is a hyper-local OTT platform that produces content in dialects like Haryanvi, Rajasthani etc. STAGE features content formats like long-duration web series, movies, short-films, standup comedians, poetry, folk & much more.

Started in 2019, STAGE currently focuses on Haryanavi and Rajasthani dialects. It has become the largest OTT in the region with 120k+ subscribers

We are a 100% remote team of 30, headquartered in Delhi.
