About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Increase the efficiency, productivity and profitability of the brand
2. Maintain productivity and efficiency of the units
3. Provide methods for the smooth running of day-to-day tasks
4. Observe and analyze the outlet\'s daily production and inventory and suggest means to further optimize
5. Analyze the usage of raw materials and understand concepts of productivity
6. Calculate food costs on daily basis
7. Work on collecting data on consumers, competitors, and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
8. Work on understanding business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers\' preference
9. Work on compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
10. Work on providing competitive analysis of various companies\' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation
