Role Overview

As a Business Operations Intern, you'll support the daily operations of our delivery and client teams. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity--no prior professional experience is required. You'll gain real-world exposure and develop practical skills while working closely with operations and delivery leads.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in process documentation, tracking project tasks, and maintaining operational logs Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion Help with reporting, metrics tracking, and preparing executive summaries Liaise with delivery and client service teams on operational support Participate in process improvement, internal research, and ad
hoc tasks Support administrative functions--meeting scheduling, data entry, follow-ups, etc.
Qualifications & Skills

B.Com or BBA, recent graduate or in final year Excellent verbal and written communication in English Confident, professional, and team
oriented personality Organised, detail
oriented, and proactive Comfortable working in an office environment five days a week Basic familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to take on new challenges
