We are looking for a smart and driven MBA fresher who is eager to gain hands-on exposure in business operations and project management. The role involves cross-department coordination, data-driven insights, and execution support across various internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal departments to track deliverables and ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects. Support in project planning, follow-ups, and reporting. Gather and analyze insights from various teams to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement. Assist in preparing presentations, process documents, and dashboards for management review. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to operational problem-solving. Support day-to-day administrative and project management tasks as assigned.

Who We're Looking For:

MBA fresher with strong analytical and communication skills. Quick learner with the ability to adapt and take initiative. Someone with a structured approach to work and a keen interest in understanding business operations. Prior internship or experience with a consulting firm or project management exposure will be an added advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
