to assist the Director and support daily operations across multiple departments. Our company works with
global clients across different regions
, offering interns valuable exposure to international communication, coordination, and professional documentation.
This internship is ideal for fresh graduates seeking hands-on experience in administration, CRM, HR support, client coordination, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Office Support
Assist in daily office operations and backend processes
Maintain documentation, data entry, and file organization
Support the Director with reminders, follow-ups, and workflow management
Coordinate internal communication between teams
2. Client & CRM Coordination (Including Global Clients)
Assist in communication with global clients via email, WhatsApp, and online meetings
Coordinate follow-ups across different Countries.
Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
Support in preparing proposals and documents for international clients
3. Project & Operations Assistance
Track project progress and update the Director regularly
Coordinate with development and operations teams
Support day-to-day project and operational tasks
4. Sales & Marketing Support
Assist in WhatsApp API campaigns and online marketing activities
Support social media coordination and content follow-up
Prepare simple reports, trackers, and documentation
5. Recruitment & HR Support
Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Support HR documentation and onboarding processes
Maintain attendance and basic compliance records
Assist with employee engagement activities
Who Can Apply
Bachelor's degree (Administration, Management, Business preferred)
Freshers only (Female candidates)
Good communication skills -- written & verbal
Comfortable interacting with
global clients
Strong in MS Office / Google Workspace
Basic Excel skills (advanced is a plus)
Organized, detail-focused, and eager to learn
Able to multitask and handle responsibilities professionally
