Job Title: Business Operations Head - Evaporator / Zero Liquid Discharge Plant.

Position Type: Full Time.

Leading a Team Comprising of:

o Sales Engineer.

o Process & Proposal Engineer.

o Service Engineer.

BRIEF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

o Managing Regional Sales with the help of Sales Engineer.

o Lead Generation.

o Building Agents and Associates.

o Aligning with Water and Wastewater Consultants.

o Proposal and Bid Management.

o Service and after sales alignment. Arrange seminars, presentations including key activities for Marketing and Brand Visibility.

o Manage Revenue Topline.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION :

o 10+ years of Experience in Evaporator / Zero Liquid Discharge Industry.

o Familiar with technical / process requirement of Evaporator / Zero Liquid Discharge Plants.

o Bachelor Engineering in Chemical / Mechanical.

PRE-REQUISTE SKILLS :

o Good Communication Skills.

o Good Interpersonal Skills.

o Good Commercial Understanding.

o Self-motivated and disciplined.

o Value added selling.

ADDITIONAL NOTES :

o Good network of Wastewater Consultants, Evaporator OEM and Key Industrial Customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
