Job Brief
We are looking for a senior leader to build and grow our India operations from the ground up.
This role is for someone who enjoys creating something meaningful, leading people, and building strong business communities.
As the Business Operations Head India, you will lead strategy, growth, and daily operations across the country. You will work closely with global leaders, build strong partnerships, and help expand our community across key cities in India.
This is a hands-on leadership role with high responsibility, freedom to lead, and the chance to create long-term impact.
Responsibilities
1. Lead India Operations

• Be the main leader and face of the business in India
• Set the vision and growth plan for India
• Align India operations with global goals and values
• Build strong foundations for long-term growth

2. Build Community & Franchise Network

• Launch and grow community chapters across Indian cities
• Identify and onboard franchise partners and leaders
• Ensure a high-quality and consistent member experience
• Create simple systems to repeat success across regions

3. Drive Revenue & Growth

• Grow revenue through franchises, partnerships, and alliances
• Track growth targets and financial health
• Work with global leaders on pricing and growth plans
• Focus on sustainable and profitable expansion

4. Manage Operations

• Set up basic legal, admin, and operational systems
• Hire and guide a small, strong core team
• Create clear processes and reporting systems
• Ensure compliance with local rules and best practices

5. Build Brand & Relationships

• Build trust with entrepreneurs, investors, and leaders
• Manage key partnerships and member relationships
• Represent the brand in meetings and events
• Handle issues calmly and professionally

6. Travel & On-Ground Leadership

• Travel across India to support launches and partners
• Be present during early-stage growth
• Lead from the front during expansion

Qualifications

• 20+ years of professional experience preferred
• Strong exposure to global or multi-country environments
• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Community or membership-based businesses
• Franchising or multi-location models
• Entrepreneurship, consulting, or senior leadership roles
• Experience building or scaling operations is a strong plus
