We are looking for a dynamic and proactive
Business Operations Executive
with experience in
email marketing
,
lead generation
, and
digital prospecting
to support our global B2B nutraceutical business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers online using
keyword research
,
Google Analytics
, and
social media tools
, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
email marketing campaigns
to engage international B2B clients in the nutraceutical and botanical extracts industry.
Identify potential leads and buyers online using
keyword-based search strategies
,
LinkedIn
,
Google search
, and
analytics tools
.
Utilize
Google Analytics
,
SEO/SEM
, and
social media platforms
to find, analyze, and target customers.
Understand and effectively communicate the
technical specifications
of botanical extracts and nutraceutical ingredients.
Keep up to date with
global regulatory requirements
in nutraceuticals (e.g. FSANZ, FDA, EFSA) - a plus.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email; ensure timely
follow-ups
to nurture leads and close deals.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align outreach strategies and support order generation.
Prepare and maintain databases of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years
of relevant experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in the
nutraceutical or health ingredients
sector.
Strong knowledge of
email marketing platforms
,
Google tools (Analytics, Search Console)
, and
social media marketing
.
Familiarity with
technical terms in botanical extracts
and
nutraceutical ingredients
.
Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
- written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and respond
quickly
to customer communications.
Knowledge of
global regulatory frameworks
in the nutraceutical industry is a strong advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with
CRM software

B2B platforms
(e.g., Alibaba, IndiaMART, ExportHub).
Exposure to
international markets
(Europe, USA, Southeast Asia).
Knowledge of
product certifications
