We are hiring a

Business Operations Executive

to work closely with the

Founder's Office

of an established destination hospitality brand with strong growth visibility.

This role is for someone seeking

meaningful work, high job satisfaction, and real ownership

--not just a desk job or a salary jump.

You will help build

systems, standards, and execution discipline

across hospitality operations in inspiring natural locations such as Himachal and Goa.

What You'll Do

Run and improve

business systems

(POS, CRM, loyalty, parking, property tools) Own

system policies

: webmail access, digital tools, domains, website coordination Build

brand operations manuals, SOPs, and checklists

Support

financial planning, budgets, and projections

for new outlets Coordinate vendors and teams for smooth execution Identify and solve operational problems end-to-end
Who You Are

MBA or equivalent hands-on experience in operations/startups Strong

problem-solving mindset

with high energy and focus Comfortable with ambiguity and responsibility Motivated by learning, ownership, and impact
