Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage day-to-day office operations and documentation.
Maintain files, receipts, registers, and office records.
Handle visitor entry, appointments, and scheduling.
Customer Handling & Tele-calling.
Make and receive customer calls professionally.
Maintain enquiry logs and follow-up sheets.
Provide basic information about solar products and company services.
Accounts & Billing Support
Assist in bill preparation, quotations, and invoice entries.
Maintain simple accounts in Excel or accounting software.
Support payment tracking and receipt handling.
HR & Operational Support
Maintain attendance, leave records, and joining documents.
Assist in internal coordination with sales & field teams.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
