Job Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for preparing and managing quotations, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and supporting project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and issue quotations as per client requirements Coordinate with sales, vendors, and internal teams for pricing details Follow up on quotations and revisions when required Maintain quotation records and documentation Assist in basic project coordination and reporting Support billing and order processing activities

Required Skills:



Knowledge of quotation and basic costing Good communication and coordination skills Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email) Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification:



Any graduate / Diploma Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

Experience:



0-2 years (Freshers welcome)
