to support and manage our corporate gifting vertical and B2B client relations. This role involves handling business communications, managing social media and corporate enquiries, budgeting for gifting solutions, customer engagement, and assisting with day-to-day sales and appointment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Gifting & Client Relations
Respond to incoming corporate enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Develop custom gifting solutions as per client requirements and budgets.
Prepare budget plans and quotation proposals for bulk/corporate orders.
Coordinate timely delivery and quality follow-up with clients.
Maintain relationships with existing B2B clients and vendors.
2. Appointment & Schedule Management
Coordinate and schedule client meetings, both online and in person.
Maintain a shared appointment calendar with reminders.
Assist in preparing meeting briefs and documenting discussions.
3. Social Media Enquiry Handling
Manage and respond to daily messages and enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Coordinate with the design/content team for enquiry follow-ups and campaign responses.
4. Customer Engagement & Retail Sales
Attend walk-in customers and assist them with product selection and billing.
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while dealing with clients.
Upsell premium gifting options and build long-term client trust.
5. Operational Support
Track order status, dispatch schedules, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain Excel sheets or CRM tools for enquiry tracking and performance reports.
Coordinate with warehouse and design teams for order execution.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills (English & Malayalam mandatory)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
Prior experience in sales, business coordination, or corporate gifting is preferred
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools
Social media savvy - especially Instagram and LinkedIn
