Job Description

We are seeking a

smart, confident, and well-organized Business Operations & Client Coordination Executive

to manage daily office operations, client communication, and online lead handling. The ideal candidate should be proactive, professional, and comfortable handling both administrative and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Operations



Manage day-to-day office activities and coordination Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence Maintain office records, documents, and files (physical & digital) Prepare basic reports, quotations, and internal documentation Support management with administrative and coordination tasks

Client Communication & Coordination



Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and task execution Ensure timely responses to client inquiries

IndiaMART & Online Lead Management



Handle

IndiaMART account operations

Respond to IndiaMART inquiries and leads promptly Maintain lead records and follow-up status Coordinate with management for quotation sharing and deal closure Ensure proper lead tracking and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications

Good

English speaking and writing skills

(Hindi required; English mandatory) Working knowledge of

MS Office

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of email etiquette and client communication Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills Prior experience in

office administration, client handling, or IndiaMART management

is preferred Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Preferred (Added Advantage)

Experience handling

IndiaMART / B2B portals

Basic knowledge of sales coordination or quotation handling Familiarity with office software and digital record-keeping
