Business Operations: Oversee daily operations of pharmacy stores or distribution units. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchase/supply chain teams. Ensure compliance with drug regulations and licensing requirements. Coordinate logistics, order processing, and timely delivery of stock. Assist in vendor management and procurement operations. Administrative Support: Maintain records, documentation, billing, and reports. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including office supplies, communication, and staff coordination. Assist with HR support including attendance tracking, leave records, and onboarding support. Coordinate meetings, reviews, and communication between departments. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare operational and sales reports. Analyze data to suggest improvements in operations, cost management, and efficiency.
