Collect, scan, and digitize offline application forms and attachments as per SOP Extract key fields (name, contact, marks, college, etc.) into trackers/CRM with near-zero errors Apply standard file naming and folder structures; upload to Google Drive and maintain version control Run quality checks (legibility, completeness, duplicate detection) and correct discrepancies Flag missing/invalid data to the Ops team; coordinate quick clarifications with field teams Maintain daily logs/SLA trackers; share end-of-day status and blockers Safeguard data privacy; handle physical documents responsibly and return/record as instructed Support periodic audits and report generation (counts, error rates, turnaround times) Suggest small improvements to checklists/templates to speed up work or reduce errors (e.g., form validations, Sheets clean-up steps) Keep scanning devices and files organized; escalate any equipment or access issues promptly
