What You'll Do :

Coordinate across departments (video, editing, content, sales) to ensure smooth project delivery Track project timelines, status updates, and team tasks Handle founder-level support like scheduling, reporting, and execution Communicate with clients and internal teams to maintain alignment Spot gaps and bring solutions - process, people, or tools Help scale systems as we grow toward big revenue milestones.
