The Role:
We're looking for a reliable and proactive
Business Operations Associate
to help manage the day-to-day activities that keep our business running smoothly.
You'll work closely with the core team to support operations, admin, and coordination tasks - ensuring things get done on time and to a high standard.
This is a great role for someone early in their career who's organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a business operates behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Support
Handle routine administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document organization.
Track and update internal spreadsheets, reports, and task lists.
Coordinate between different teams or vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Help maintain and improve internal systems (Google Sheets, Notion, etc. if applicable).
2. Coordination & Communication
Follow up with vendors, clients, and partners as needed.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, or logistics for internal and external activities.
Draft and send simple emails or updates on behalf of the team.
Maintain clear communication channels to ensure tasks don't fall through the cracks.
3. Task Execution & Follow-Ups
Take ownership of small but important tasks that help projects move forward.
Monitor deadlines, check in on progress, and flag delays or blockers.
Support the leadership team in execution of day-to-day deliverables.
4. General Administrative Support
Manage basic office or remote admin needs (file organization, basic bookkeeping assistance, etc.).
Assist with documentation, invoices, and vendor payments when required.
Help onboard new hires or interns with documentation and coordination.
5. Miscellaneous Support
Pitch in wherever needed, whether that's preparing reports, collecting data, or helping organize an event or campaign.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
0-2 years of work experience (freshers welcome if proactive and quick learners).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and email.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Positive, can-do attitude -- willing to take on varied tasks and learn as you go.
