Job Overview:



The

Business Operations Associate

is responsible for ensuring smooth inter-departmental coordination, maintaining meeting documentation, tracking performance and KRAs, and supporting management in planning, communication, and follow-through. The role acts as the central communication bridge across teams and ensures timely execution of operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities



A. Coordination with department heads



Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Accounts, Admin, and HR teams. Ensure all teams are aligned with deadlines and daily deliverables. Follow up on pending tasks and escalate when required. Maintain weekly/monthly coordination trackers.

B. Documentation & Reporting



Record and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOM). Track follow-up actions and ensure closure within timelines. Prepare weekly performance dashboards for management review. Maintain documentation related to operations, communication, and decisions.

C. Performance Tracking & Management Support



Collect monthly KRA updates from departments. Maintain MIS dashboards, tracker sheets, and performance reports. Support hiring strategy discussions and planning with management. Coordinate internal training, brainstorming sessions, and team development initiatives. Prepare summaries for management reviews and ensure readiness of required data.

D. CEO Schedule & Communication Support



Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for the CEO. Act as a single point of coordination for CEO-related tasks. Communicate priorities, follow-ups, and updates to respective teams. Keep all schedules updated, accurate, and aligned with CEO availability. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

E.Bridge Between Management & Teams



Facilitate communication to avoid gaps or misunderstandings. Communicate management expectations clearly to teams. Bring team concerns, delays, and challenges to management proactively.

Key Skills RequiredTechnical Skills



Strong in MS Excel & Google Sheets Good documentation (MOMs), reporting & tracking Basic understanding of business operations Comfortable working with SOPs and trackers Meeting management (Zoom/Teams, scheduling tools)

Excellent communication skills Ownership mindset People coordination and follow-up skills Organized, structured and detail-oriented Ability to handle multiple departments

Knowledge Required



Understanding of workflows across departments: Operations, Sales, Marketing, Accounts, HR Reporting formats, MoM structures, escalation frameworks KRA/KPI basics, performance review cycles Executive coordination and calendar management Offboarding documentation and HR basics
