Position: Business Operations Associate
:
What You will Be Doing
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Associate to manage day-to-day order operations. The role involves close cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate, timely, and seamless end-to-end execution. The ideal candidate brings hands-on ERP experience, an understanding of supply chain processes, and a strong focus on quality and SLA adherence.

• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and timely execution as per SLAs.
• Perform customer and order-related changes in ERP systems.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.
• Handle RFQs and inventory-related activities, including capturing and uploading data into internal databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth operational flow.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standard processes and controls.

What We Are Looking For

• Good understanding of Supply Chain
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Proficient in MS Excel; exposure to Power BI is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a team player with a positive attitude.
