We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to support various day-to-day business operations, documentation, and coordination tasks. The role includes handling operational activities that contribute to assisting in smooth financial workflows, data management, and internal collaboration with customer-facing teams.
This position indirectly supports activities related to financial documentation, billing accuracy, and record maintenance while ensuring overall operational efficiency.
1. Operational Coordination
? Manage daily operational activities
? Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR & internal teams
? Track task progress & follow up on deliverables
? Prepare reports, dashboards & documentation
2. Data, Reporting & Process Management
? Maintain trackers, databases & logs
? Assist in performance analysis & insights
? Support process improvement initiatives
3. Client, Customer & Market Support
? Handle follow-ups on inquiries & service requests
? Assist in customer communication & scheduling
? Gather customer requirements & route internally
4. Vendor & Procurement Coordination
? Manage vendor documentation & service follow-ups
? Maintain purchase records & payment trackers
5. Documentation & Record Management
? Maintain accurate operational files & documents
? Ensure structured and organized records
6. Billing & Financial Coordination
? Track invoices, approvals & payment status
? Support reconciliation & transaction logs
7. Administrative Support
? Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs, track action items
? Support internal communication
8. Compliance & Audit Support
? Ensure adherence to SOPs & quality standards
? Support audit & compliance documentation
