We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Business Operations Analyst
to support our organization's operational excellence and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights, process design expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and strengthen business performance.
Core Responsibilities:
Advanced Data Analysis:
Collect, cleanse, and analyze operational data from various internal systems to identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Operational Efficiency Improvement:
Assess end-to-end business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend strategic improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational overhead.
KPI Development & Monitoring:
Design, implement, and track business KPIs to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting & Performance Insights:
Develop executive-level dashboards, management reports, and presentations that communicate clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure process alignment and successful execution of business initiatives.
Root Cause Analysis:
Perform detailed investigations to determine underlying causes of operational issues and provide sustainable, data-backed solutions.
Process Documentation:
Create and maintain SOPs, process flow diagrams, workflow documentation, and operational guidelines.
Project Support & Execution:
Assist in planning and executing operational improvement, automation, and transformation projects across departments.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
Identify operational risks, analyze their impact, and propose effective mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Change Management Support:
Facilitate smooth adoption of new processes or systems by coordinating training sessions and supporting teams during transitions.
Cost Optimization:
Analyze resource utilization and recommend cost-effective strategies without compromising quality or service delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Data Governance:
Support data governance practices by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance in reporting and analytics.
System Enhancement Collaboration:
Work closely with IT teams to optimize reporting tools, automate workflows, and improve data integration.
Operational Benchmarking:
Monitor market and industry best practices to introduce innovative solutions and enhance business efficiency.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience in data analysis, business operations, or process optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards); familiarity with
Power BI/Tableau
is preferred.
Working knowledge of
SQL, Python
, or other analytical tools is an advantage.
Strong understanding of business process frameworks and operational workflows.
Effective project management and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt)
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
Business/Data Analytics Certification
CAPM or PMP Certification
SQL or Python Analytics Certification
Job Duties:
Conduct periodic internal audits to evaluate current practices and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Gather insights through employee and leadership interviews, surveys, and workflow assessments.
Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities with relevant data and analysis.
Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of new tools, systems, and operational processes.
Deliver training and guidance to employees during system or process rollouts.
Monitor emerging industry trends and recommend process innovations or performance improvements.
Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams to support data integration, reporting enhancements, and system optimization.
