Project/Program Management

Works on multiple projects or a project with global scope. Owns the overall management of the project, coordinating resources across organizations and managing to timeline.


Process & Infrastructure Support

Accountable for successful design, development, and deployment of global service processes and related infrastructure. Participates in requirements gathering process and user testing. Manages all phases of a project. Contributes to recommendations on process redefinition to adapt processes to solutions. Serves as a technical expert in a specialty area Analyzes data and tests usability and correctness of job aids, process, technical solutions and metrics Conducts quality peer reviews of authored material

Service Account management

Applies thorough understanding of Business operations,Sales Operations activities and resolve customer problems. Interprets routine information and develop appropriate course action. Applies awareness of business objectives and general day to day operations of areas supported Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
