Job Profile:
Oversee daily bakery production and operations to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality output.
Analyze operational performance, sales trends, production efficiency, and cost structures to identify improvement opportunities and drive business growth.
Identify business challenges, formulate tactical action plans, initiate change, and implement effective business strategies in dynamic and competitive environments.
Lead business forecasting, inventory planning, product costing and pricing, offer planning, sales projections, promotions, and stock liquidation strategies.
Design and implement process optimization initiatives to reduce wastage, maximize raw material utilization, and increase production throughput.
Monitor food costs, raw material price trends, and vendor performance; prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for operational control.
Build, train, and manage high-performing teams, ensuring service excellence and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Work closely with sales, marketing, procurement, and finance teams to align operational activities with overall business objectives.
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review and strategic decision-making.
